Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We expect that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not pleased, return the item within 30 days of your order and we will refund your purchase in full. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We suggest reusing the padded mailing envelope to return the item. If you are in the US, mail the item via U.S.P.S.(United States Postal Service) first class mail with delivery confirmation (usually less than $3). Notify us that you are returning an item. Include your order number with any e-mail correspondence and within the return package. We will refund your purchase in full upon receipt of the returned item.

  • We are located in Santa Cruz, California.
  •  We use the US Postal Service for shipping.
  •  Free shipping for orders over $20  via USPS First Class mail including international orders 
  • $5 shipping for orders less than $20 via USPS First Class mail including international orders
  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days (usually the same business day if placed before noon).

Items shipped to US addresses are trackable with a USPS Delivery confirmation number.

Items shipped to California addresses usually arrive in 1 day.

Items shipped to East coast addresses usually arrive in 3 days.

Items shipped to international address usually arrive in 10 days to 3 weeks.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most of our international orders are from Canada, U.K, Australia and Central Europe. We have also shipped orders to South Africa, Isreal, Russia, South America, and Japan.
